Sc 190 and sc 189 , nsw EOI

Hi , My question is, I have put 2 EOI onshore in Australia, for sc 189 and sc 190 Points are 60 and 65 My cousin is already citizen of Australia , am I eligible for those extra points from my cousin to get an invitation soon. Any suggestions plzzz , would be a great help and thanks in advance.

You should create an EOI for SC489, if you and your cousin meet the requirements.
