Request for paying VAC2

Hi everyone, unluckily my spouse could not achieve score 4.5 in IELTS. Now, I would like to pay the VAC2, however, I don’t exactly know how to inform my CO to send the invoice. Although, I requested him via immiaccount 4 days ago, yet, have not received any feedback. Would you please guide me? Is it necessary to email him? Many thanks

They will send a payment instructions once they review the documents, usually payment instruction will prelude the grant, so wait maybe quite long.

Thanks a lot. How can I make sure that CO has received and noted my request? Also, what do you mean by quite long time? Is it several weeks or several months? Best regards
