Reply on Visa application

Hi, I had applied for SC 190 visa in the month of August 2016 with the supporting documents needed. I had a look at the DIBP website, their average processing time is 3 months. In my case its just about 3 months now. Do they follow the TAT mentioned or is there a spillover in that?

most of the cases are finalized within 3 months duration some of the cases go beyond this duration.
