Hi. I am new to this forum and would appreciate if anyone can respond to query. I once did my ACS evaluation as software engineer in 2008 with experience calculated as 5 years 3 months. However, I did not actually apply for Immigration for some reason at that time. I now have few more years of experience for which I am trying to do another evaluation in the same occupation. My question, do I have to reevaluate my old already evaluated 5+ years of experience with my new experiences?

Yes, you’ll have to file a new ACS application as your old skills letter is no longer valid.
