Question on ACS review

My first ACS assessment found my employment with XYZ as ‘Not closely related to nominated occupation’. My employement with other companies were fine. I was issued an experience letter (Nov 2017) by XYZ with standard/preset duties based on jobcode and I submitted it without thinking too much about the contents. After ACS assessment I realized it has not been considered. because of the Job description, I explained my problem to XYZ, and requested and was issued another letter (Oct 2018) which I think matches the nominated occupation but with same job title. Will this be a problem in ACS review? Does different job descriptions from the same company and designation cause issues?
