PTE Score for Spouse asked again

Dear All, We had got our invite to apply for PR documents (Subclass 189) in Mar 2019 and have got our Bridging visa grant in Mar 2019. We had gone through an agent for the visa application and they have uploaded all the documents on the immi portal, however today (9 Jan 2020), we have received a query from the case officer asking for my spouse’s Competent English score to be uploaded. We had attached her PTE score at the time of documents submission. Can someone help in understanding if this is a common case? Does she need to re-appear for PTE examination? My visa consultant does not seem to know too well and is stating that the Dept of Home Affairs considers spouse English score validity to be only for 1 year. Her PTE was taken in Nov 2018 and therefore seems to have expired validity (although Pearson states that scores are valid for 3 years). Regards, Arun

That’s not the case… Upload the score report again and try sending the pte scores to DHA from Pearson website If a message comes that states that the scores are already sent, then attach that screenshot

Do it asap you may receive your grant soon
