PTE Result sent via official website

Hi everyone, I have already submitted my Pte report to DIBP via official website, why Co still contacted me today for my PTE result?? I tried to send it again from official website, but the system shows that I have already sent it and unable to send to the same institution two times. Anyone has the same trouble with me??
