Proof of funds for OINP - gift deed

Hello everyone! I got an NOI from Ontario a few days ago. For meeting the funds requirement, my sister is donating the amount to me as a gift (She will never take the amount back). What documents would I need to show to support my case?

Hey yes. I went ahead writing a gift deed letter, just mentioning the amount and the purpose. My application is in progress now, for more than a year :smiley:
