Hi, I was contacted by CO asking for adding wife maiden name in PCC. we have submitted PCC from India and US(FBI & state) with her current legal name.
- We are staying in US and anyone has prior experience in requesting Indian Embassy to provide PCC with current legal name and maiden name?
- For US PCC, my wife came to US after marriage and with her new passport and she has used only her current name. In that case FBI or state will provide PCC with her maiden name included?
