I applied for a visa under ICT BA 189 category on 15th Nov 18but haven’t heard back yet. I read in one of the discussions that u may need PCC if u have stayed in a country for less than 12 months also. My husband did stay in a country for ard 11 months. Do we need to get a PCC from there as well? If it’s required then we need to start the process now to avoid CO contact and further delays.

I am also having a similar scenario as Yours. I have stayed in UK for 10.5 Monday and I have Lodged Visa 189 on Dec 8. From What I understand, there is a good enough chance that they may ask for it. Hence I am planning to go ahead and do it. Thanks
