Partner visa

Hi This is my first time to ask you a question. I am spouse and have lodged partner visa 309 offshore before 10 months and still not any sign of CO allocation.so my question is… How they will finalised my case on time coz as I know the time frame is 11 to 15 months and as per my knowledge after CO allocate then he or she will take more 3 to 4 months for study my case. Pls guide me or at least let me know how it will go. Thanks in advance

Not a single case is idential to another, therefore, for some it may take X amount of days, while for other it may take XX.
