Nurses

How many Nurses got ITA on 12th July
I cannot guarantee but I think no nurses got the invite. The reason is the placement of registered nurses with group 26111,12 and 13. These occupations are waiting from long time, so it may take one more round for nurses to get the invite. Thanks to ANMAC for ruining 16 weeks for the modified assessment.
Its a bit surprising that 1000 ITA all went to IT field guys. We have to wait for DIBP detailed analysis on 12th July

Do nurses need to complete English test before they can get skills assessment done? Secondly is it mandatory that nurses need to be registered in Australia before skills assessment? How can a nurse who is registered in India currently working in Qatar qualify for the assessment?

Yes it is mandatory to have IELTS

She must have IELTS and degree in India case. First approach AHPRA they will review your documents and then will refer you to do 3 months bridging course which needs to be done in Australia from any of the nursing college

After course completion again apply to APHRA for registration.

Once you are registered with APHRA, now approach ANMAC for skill assessment for which again IELTS is mandatory

Thanks mate.

Is there a cost involved in getting the review done from AHPRA? So basically without doing a bridging course in Australia, overseas aspirants cannot qualify? And if we need to go there to do a bridging course we need to apply for a student visa? Appreciate your help.

Yes Intial APHRA will cost you around 35k and yes u need to do bridging program which is mandatory for indian nurses which will cost you around 8-9 lakhs

You can get a visitor visa which allows you to study of max 03 months which is ok in our course

Also please note this program will be of 6 months in coming months which mean high cost of everything

So dont waste time and apply if you really want to
