NSW waiting time

Hi All
I have submitted my EOI on 19-05-2016 with 60 + 5 points for NSW state(ANZSCO code 261313).
How long will take to get invitation? Do I stand a chance to receive an invite with my current points tally? 
On NSW site i have seen that they have stop the invitation for Software Engineer/ ICT job code, is it correct?

Did you get an invite?

I would say, based on last year, same point breakdown were invited in feb-april period. Based on this - you can judge when you will receive, if at all.
