NSW preinvite declined

Hi everyone,

I am with 70 points for subclass 189 ANZCODE 261313 submitted EOI on 23.01.18 and no update yet. I am with 75 points for subclass 190 ANZCODE 261313. I Logged EOI for NSW On 23.02.18. I got an invite for NSW on 02.03.18. I got an email on 5.04.18 from NSW stating my application is declined. It says that "I regret to advise that the application has been declined because, after careful consideration of all the information provided in your application, I am not satisfied that you meet the NSW nomination requirements for this visa.

The decision is based on the following reason: Unfair advantage "

Can anyone explain to me what does of unfair advantage refer to? And will this affect my 189 visa application process.

I am so sorry to hear that, I’ve never came across such a rejection.

Can you reach out to them and ask to explain in more details what they meant by that?
