I have 4 years exp in Australia - NSW from 2014-2017, but currently working in india. Am i eligible for the NSW invite as they are asking for NSW living condition. am i considered as a NSW living applicant as i had more than 1 year experience in NSW
Can you please point where the “living conditions” are mentioned? I have never seen such, is this something new?
Yes, now they changed the rule https://www.industry.nsw.gov.au/live-and-work-in-nsw/visas-and-immigration/skilled-nominated-migration-190/are-you-eligible
" Some occupations on the NSW 190 Priority Occupation List (NSW 190 List) are now subject to an additional requirement for nomination by NSW.
The additional requirement for these occupations is to be living in NSW, and to have been employed in NSW for at least one year, in the nominated occupation."
