NSW 190 invite chance with 60+5 points

Hi I have applied EOI for NSW state invitation with 60+5 points in Aug 18…what are the chances and expected timeline to receive an invite considering rare ANZSCO - 233915 _ Environmental Engineer.

Any suggestion or guidance will be helpful.
