Check EOIs on immitracker Recently one got invited by NSW with 85 points without state spons 5 points, EOI effect date was 24th november 2019 and got invited on 24 jan 2020.
There is no harm in applying now with the current points as you can update your EOI anytime before getting an invitation . Good luck👍🏽
