What is the duration of obtaining a nomination and ITA at an earliest case?
They are introducing new e-filing system, it should speed up, but as it stands now... with their current EE system is 10-18 month.
When may Nova Scotia open its PNP?
Its hard to say but if we look at previous history it opened in May, then in July and then in October so I would suggest to keep an eye more closely on NSOI website in December - January.
But generally speaking you should check the website and blogs on daily basis, it can be any time.
