I have applied for 189 and 190 (NSW,Victoria) with 65 points and 70 with SS respectively.
As you know, chances with above points for invite are bleak. In fact, looking at the stats of 2018, I don’t have any hope to be invited.
Now, I am looking for 489 options. I tried to submit EOI for south Australia (Adelaid). But, Skill select didn’t allow me to submit the EOI. A little research revealed that after some changes in March, they have stopped accepting applications from offshore candidates until either you have points equal to 90 or you are onshore.
My question is , are there any other 489 options available? If yes, what is the process of applying? Are there any chances with above points in any type of visa?
