Hello guys i have recieved a 190 invite and i already withdrawn my student visa but when i informed this to my college. They said me to pay some fee to cancel the coe or not pay the next fee but in 2nd case they inform to immigration. But my lawyer it will not effect my 190 lodgement. Can anyone give me suggestion what to do. Thanks
