Hi , Can some one please advise me about immigration to Australia for my sister. About me: Citizen of Australia ,currently staying in India About my sister:BE (Electronics and communication) Worked as polytechnic lecturer in electronics and communications for 4.5 years.

Can you plz advise me what are the best options I have.
