Is there any set particular standard BY IRCC to have a particular eyesight to clear the medicals for Express Entry?
I have heard that one’s eyesight should not be more than 20/40 or 6/9 . Is it really true?
PS: My eyesight is just on the borderline. In fact, it is 6/9. It is number 4 for both eyes. I cannot see properly without glasses. I do not have any other problem, medically fit.
I’ve never heard of such, i guess they check eyes to determine more serious issues with eyes which can then make you ineligible due to health issues… as per A38 C:
A38(1) states that "A foreign national is inadmissible on health grounds if their health condition
A is likely to be a danger to public health;
B is likely to be a danger to public safety; or
C might reasonably be expected to cause excessive demand on health or social services.”
