Medical passed

Hi everyone, I see a lot of 'medical exam passed' statuses in the e-APR cases, I was wondering how people get to know that? I've applied more than 3 months ago and I got absolutely nothing more than "Acknowledgement of receipt" .. do I have to check somewhere other than my online account?

HOW DO WE KNOW OUR MEDIAL IS PASSED? DOES WE GET ANY EMAIL OR NOTIFICATION FROM CIC?
