Medical from home country

Hello!

I am a Pakistani national settled in Australia. I had a question in regards to my medical examination. My application has been lodged from Australia and my work experience, corresponding address and education is also from Australia. I am going back to Pakistan in the winters and if I get my medical examination from Pakistan, would that be a problem or a matter of concern. Is it recommended to get the examination from Australia or it does not matter as long as it is done by a canadian approved provider?

I am residing in Canada and applied for PR under CEC but I got my medicals done from India when I was there for a short visit. I have got my medicals passed update so I am guessing it should be fine.
