Leaving Job While 189 status is "assesment in progress" - Please help , very urgent

Dear friends. My 189 subclass ( ANZCO 263111) application status is in progress since 28 Nov 2016. I have submitted my application through a registered MARA agent. I am in a very weird situation and request someone to help me here. I got offer from a very reputed university in canada for 1 years masters program, I was waiting for this from last 3 years. Now If I leave my current job to pursue one year masters in Canada, will this effect my application processing ?? regards Sunny

It should not affect. First update them about your resignation + attach your university offer. Once when you move to Canada update your address. As long as your changes doesn't affect your points in a negative way, you shouldn't be worried.
