Is there anyway to contact immigration through proper channels?

I have lodged my visa in January 2020 and I haven’t got my visa yet. I have tried to contact immigration via email/phone multiple times and I haven’t got any reply regarding my application status?

Is there any other way I can contact immigration team to know the status of my application, even through legal channels?
