Is DIBP considering discipline of engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical etc.) for ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGIST (ANZSCO : 233914)

I would just like to know if the discipline of engineering is a major factor for DIBP in assessing the EOI for Engineering Technologist occupation candidates.
