IP1 or IP2

Hello I am pretty confused regarding my BGS. e-APR: 15 May 2017 Medicals passed: 30 June 2017 On the 25th of July : BGS moved from "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check" TO "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information". Am I in IP2? Can you please give me more details about this as it is pretty confusing? Please note that my BGS never read "Not applicable". Thank you a lot in advance
