Invitation time for 489 FS Software engineer

I have 55 + 10 for software engineer. Firstly, what would be the average wait time to get invitation as per the current trends? Secondly, if there is an application with 60 points for 189 visa and 65 points for 489 visa. Which of the application would be picked first as per pro rata ? Any answers would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Read this it will give you clear picture on pro rata arrangements foe 489 Due to high levels of demand, and in keeping with previous years, the below occupation groups will be subject to pro rata arrangements to ensure availability of invitations across the programme year. SkillSelect first allocates available places to Skilled – Independent visas (subclass 189) and then remaining to Skilled – Regional (Provisional) visas (subclass 489). If all places are taken up by subclass 189 visas then there will be no invitations issued for subclass 489 visas in these occupations.
