India PCC from UK

Hi, I am currently in UK had to submit my India passport here recently for my current uk visa extension and had to submit my India passport. I got a PCC from India through police commissioner office but not through local india counsulate or passport seva kendra in India. Want to check is India PCC from police commisoner office is acceptable by CO ?. Please advise

It should be, and as far as i am aware it will cover whole India (like PSK) not like a local police certificate which only covers region where office is located.
