IELTS Scores in tracker

Are all the IELTS scores entered in the tracker on this website average IELTS scores? In other words I have 8 and 9 in 2 of the streams while 7 and 7.5 in the other 2. Should I enter my IELTS score in tracker as 8 ? because my average is 8.

no u should enter 7 DIBP always using the minimum of each category to grant IELTS points
