How long to return passports after PPR

Hello Fellas, How long does it take for CIC Ottowa to stamp and resent the passports. This is a topic I did not find much information on. Also the trackers does not have any way to document this. Thank you in advance.

How long does it take to get our Passport returned after stamping ? I am outside Canada and have submitted my passport on 27/07/2017 but still not received my Passports back.
