FSW- backgroundcheck

i received job verification call on 21 june. My background changed to ip2 since 9 june '17.. i have not received any information after that.. can anyone tell me what to do or why its delayed?

usually, you should expect a PPR very soon after IP2. How did verification go?

How does background check happens with your employers? Do they call or email them?
