Express Entry PR application UCI number

Hi, I am currently on work permit in Canada. I submitted my PR application recently under Express Entry CEC category. My express entry application is showing my UCI number different than UCI on my Work Permit. I don’t know why is it different. Let me know if anyone has any thoughts on this.

I have actually seen other people asking about the same, my undrstanding is that UCI numbers now have a different format, therefore, they generate a new UCI in accordance with a new format.

If you are concerned, give them a call.

Thanks for your reply, Andy-MyImmiTracker. My medical is passed now and my UCI number is same as my work permit, so i think it is temporary until your medical exams get passed.
