I am having 12 years of exp. In Material Engineer and now I am working as Manager, but my educational background is Diploma in same feild. Suggest me wether I will get 15 points score for my work experience in same feild. As one of visa consultant is telling with Diploma as highest qualification if you are working as Manager you will not get work exp. Point.
