EOI file on 263212

Hi All, i am about to submit my EOI on job code 263212 in couple of days for NSW. I just want to know that how long is it taking to get an invite on this job code. i have 65 overall points excluding 5 state sponsorship so it is 65+5 (ACS is done and included and 65+ in PTE). Please let me know about my chances. Also, once last thing, am i eligible to submit one more ACS on different code so that i can also apply for some other state eg. Victoria, as i am interested in. Because my current job code is not going for Victoria state and looks like very limited as of now.

Please respond. I really appreciate the way your helping people here who have less info or just beginner.

I dont think it is eligible for stream 1 NSW. Therefore, if it is in stream 2… but 65+5 is not enough.

pls let me know if i am eligible for another acs further and any guess how long does it take to get invitation on 263212 code as i can see the last invite was in last year may 2017.
