Engineering technologist sponsorship

Does any one has idea/statistics regarding sponsorship for engineering technologists,recently by NSW or VIC

NSW is open to this occupation (please check NSW SOL: http://www.industry.nsw.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0007/88369/nsw-190-priority-skilled-occupation-list-2016-17.pdf) However, how long will it take you to get an invite is hard to say as 55+5 is quite low, and it may take a while.
