ECA and IELTS
We have not submitted the copy of ECA and IELTS result as CIC did not ask for it specifically. Is it not ok?

It is indeed compulsory. That they have not required it does not make it any less compulsory. I’d advice you submit them because they will still require them. Inroder not to waste more of the processing time. I 'll advice you foerward them ASAP.
