Does anyone got PR Australia with score-55 recently?

Hi All, I am new with this forum, and I have one question. My score for Australian point system is 55, and I am a telecom engineer although my major was Computer Science and Engineering. Can anyone give me an answer whether is it wise to try for Australian PR with this point? I heard that state sponsorship is almost impossible nowadays.
