Do I need to take IELTS again post nomination?

I go the nomination on 5th October 2018 ( PNP ,SINP under Occupation In demand ) and my IELTS expired on 8th October 2018.My question is do i need to give IELTS again?

Logically i was nominated based on my IELTS score before i applied and It takes over a year to process the app even after nomination. Most applications have their IELTS expired by the time they recieve the pr anyway…

Did ielts expired post AOR or before AOR?

If post - no need.

If before - you need to.
