Hi All,

As for PR processing application police report is must for all countries where applicant lived for more than a year.

I my case I went to KSA 2 times on visit visa. Total time I stayed there is about 11.5 months. It means I have not stayed more than a year in KSA.

Do I need police report or not?

From legal point of view - no.

However, you need to be very careful and make it very explicit in your application that you did not exceed that 12 months requirement.

There were cases when CO did request PCC when there few days less than 12 months.
