Delay in 189 visa grant

I am an Electrical Engineer, I applied for my 189 Visa on 24th October 2022. all documents including medical examination was submitted on 11th November 2022. Its been more than 4 months and there is no visa grant yet. I notice that applicants from other profession, eg. teachers, health care professionals, who applied after me has already received their grant. Is there a delay for engineers? Does anybody experience the same? is there any specific trend for this visa grant?

As per Ministerial Direction 100, Healtcare and Teaching professions are on highest priority. Some even received grants in <1 month.
