May I please know how much time is Australian government gives these days to immigrate to Australia as I have applied for family visa?

What do you mean gives? How long processing takes? Or how long you IED will be?

I mean to say… how much validity for first entry to Australia is generally given for visas which are granted after as late as 11 to 12 months? Do they ask for a new PCC?

Sometimes they do, however, lately, they gave 6 months IED if your PCC or meds was close to expiry at the time of visa grant.
