If we need to provide additional documents, that means the CO will contact us? ryt ?
CO didnt ask me anything but in my IMMI account its shwoing provide form 1221 ? Y so any idea ?

It is anyhow better to provide both forms 80 and 1221 for all adults.
If they have requested any additional documents, I guess the status would change to "Information requested" again. What's your current status right now?
However, it's no harm in filling and uploading the form.

This is the status flow
Submitted -> Application received -> Information requested (or) Assessment in progress -> Finalised.
Application Received – indicating your application has been successfully submitted and will be assessed within advertised application processing timeframes
Information Requested – indicating an immigration officer has assessed the application and found that more information is required, so they have requested that you provide further evidence in support of the application
Assessment in Progress – You have provided all the requested information. The department may proceed to make a decision on your application. The department may also ask you for further information. In this case, the status will return to Information requested.
Based on this info provided by DIBP, it seems your application is successfully submitted and they haven't yet looked at it. Be patient, your status will change to information requested or Assessment in progress based on the documents you've uploaded.

No, it does not work like that. If and only if an information is requested and after the requested documents are provided then the status bar changes to " in progress "
otherwise, it can directly go from received -> to finalized

You are right. It could go from received to finalised.
ARE YOU ABLE TO SEE ANY STATUS INFORMATION REQUESTED THEN ONLY YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE, ALSO YOU CAN CHECK REQUEST WITHIN IMMI PORTAL IN CASE ANY ADDITIONAL REQUEST REQUIRED
