CO hasn't contacted

Hello respected members,

i applied for 189 visa on 15th Nov 2018, i attached all the docs needed, i am only left with the HC, the question i wanna ask is, is it normal that it’s been 2+ months since i lodged my visa application and i didnt provide them with my HC, and CO hasn’t contacted me yet for HC,

Just asking, is it normal??

Yes its normal. We have been waiting for the more than 3 months now.
