CO Contact, what is the procedure

I have received request for additional documents (health records) for 189 visa. Have submitted the documents. How much longer does it take assuming there are no additional CO contacts. Does the case go back to begining of the queue or will the CO look into my case as documents are submitted.

Did you get the answer to this question? I’m also worried that after CO contact a case goes back in the queue and that you may have to wait months again :frowning:

Normally it would take 2-3 months after CO contact, but again we have cases where applicant was granted within a week or had to wait for more than 3 months.
