Can we reapply after unsuccessful State Nomination
Got reply from NT of my unsuccessful 190 state nomination application mentioning I couldn't demonstrate strong evidence of living there. I understood problem today that my agent didn't attached commitment to NT statement which caused refusal. Please help me whether I can reapply in NT again and immediately. I have a strong profile but this mistake caused refusal. Please someone help me.
Depends from state to state...Normally there would be a timeline during which you are not allowed to reapply...I would recommend you to do two things consider other states and do the processing yourself....A little bit of research and correspondence will help you with the procedure as all information is available online....
