Hi. I have applied for 190 NSW visa in January 2020, and I haven’t got it yet. I came to India in March and didn’t (couldn’t) return yet. Can I marry? If I could marry, is it possible to add the spouse to the already lodged visa?

Did you claim (10) points as single in your EOI? If yes, technically you cannot marry until you get your grant. Your points get frozen at the time of your Invitation and there after you have to prove the same points by giving evidence. You claiming points for being single and getting married thereafter (before visa grant) doesn’t make sense and is a violation of your points claimed for GSM.
If you get married now and add your spouse in your already lodged application, the CO will refuse/reject your application.
