Australia Migration points

Hai friends , am having 60 points and my anzso code is 263111, I applied for 189 and 190 on December 2016 and am still waiting for the invitation. I have a big question that,for the upcoming year if they increase the minimum points from 60 to 65 does it will affect me?

it seems like the current cut off is 65 based on the tracker...

Hai Mr.Andy ..good to hear from you.. So does it worth of waiting with 60 points for 189 or 190?. And some say for 263111 there will be less numbers of applicants...?when I checked through tracker it shows around 48 people only in queue...
