Applying for 189 & 190 with two different EOIs

I submitted my EOI for 189 on 15th Nov, but seeing that there are limited seats for 233512 category, I want to apply for 190 also. I do not want to update my existing EOI so my effective date remains 15th Nov. Can I apply for 190 using a different email address? Are we allowed to do that? What if I apply for 2 different states? Appreciate if someone can guide.

It should have not impact. Many people apply for both states.

So we can apply for both 189 and 190 using two different EOIs?
